Paul was the owner of Aetna Integrated Services in Columbus, Ohio, a company with over $35M in revenue and 1500 employees in seven states. He is also a past president of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), former board member of the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) and has served as the keynote speaker at Clean China Forum in Beijing, China. Paul provides executive coaching services and works with business owners and executives to identify challenges, set goals and create actionable plans tailored to a company’s unique needs.

Valerie served as the HR Director and Senior Leadership VP of Safety & Risk Management, with Aetna Integrated Services, and later as the VP QHSE for US Atalian Global Services. She developed and implemented technology systems working to deliver training, compliance, and occupational safety programs that reinforce, and instill a constant commitment to safety, employee performance, and quality. Valerie also developed the trademarked, award-winning program, Building Effective Safety Teams, B.E.S.T.™, utilized by many organizations to empower teams to build inclusive work environments where employers' and employees' engagement create a safe work environment of continuous improvement that thrives

Raj is a CPA with over 30 years in finance and accounting leadership roles, including time spent at IBM, KPMG and E&Y. His expertise in accounting and finance helps companies improve their processes and technology, efficiency, and performance and agility by reducing the cost of operations, increasing scalability and expediting operational cycles within the F&A function. Besides core F&A experience, Raj also has exposure to process improvement (six sigma), workflow and document imaging, outsourcing, and offshoring.

David has a diverse background in finance, financial forecasting, operations, IT, facilities and general management functions and has served as a strategic business partner for clients providing high-level financial guidance. He works with a company’s existing systems to generate reporting (financial metrics, labor and expense control) to help ownership drive profitability, as well as helping to set timing and expectations for its accounting staff for financial close, collections, and cash and payables management. He also created and implemented a national recovery plan to continue uninterrupted operations should a disaster situation be experienced at any regional facilities. In addition to financial guidance. David also supports clients with logistic operations and functions, inventory management, utilization of best practice guidelines, and advertising sales.
